YRS Registration
Trackie (Single Race) Registration
You can register for a single race until 6 p.m. on the Wednesday before each race. A single race costs $5 and you pay in cash at the bib pickup table on the day of the race. To register, find the links to each race on the 2024 events page.
Register for full-series BEFORE Thursday, April 25 at noon, and you can pick up all six race bibs for the season at the following locations*
Friday, April 26, 5–8 p.m.
5k Cafe, 124 Chain Lake Dr., Halifax
Saturday, April 27, 9 a.m.–noon
Royal LePage Atlantic, 610 Wright Ave., Dartmouth
*When you register, please select the option indicating that you plan to pick up your bib package on these dates. Alternatively, you can still pick up each bib at the race during the scheduled bib pick-up times.
YRS Race Fees
$5.00 per runner per race (register online through Trackie and pay in cash at the race)
$20.00 for a full-series membership (one runner).
$40.00 for a full-series family membership. This applies to families with more than one child.
There is no same-day registration.
The YRS relies heavily on sponsors to cover running event expenses. All board members are volunteers; however, field bookings, trophies, equipment, supplies and banquet costs add up.
